The MIHO Experience
A couple of weeks ago when Savor San Diego set out to follow our new friends at MIHO Gastrotruck to learn more about their story, we had no idea how much we’d fall in love with them (and their food, of course). Not only do they care about where the food they serve comes from; they also care about how it’s prepared, how it’s meant to be eaten, their HOMIs, and our community. Their desire is not just to serve good food and then pack up and leave. Everytime you enjoy a meal from MIHO, they want your experience to be unique…the MIHO experience. They are meticulous in everything they do – from food source to the music they play while you dine. We’re thankful for the new friends we’ve made and we can say with confidence, we’re HOMIs for life!
